How the program works

No two plans here are the same, because no two patients are. Every program starts with a medical evaluation and is adjusted week by week.

  1. Initial consultation

Your clinician reviews your health history, current medications, goals and past attempts. You leave knowing whether the program is a fit and what it would look like for you.

  2. Your personalized plan

Nutrition targets, an activity level you can sustain and any clinical support your clinician recommends, all based on your evaluation rather than a template.

  3. Weekly visits

Short, in-person check-ins with your clinician. Measurements, questions, adjustments. Plateaus and busy weeks get handled in the room, not left to you.

  4. Keeping it off

Once you reach your goal, the plan shifts to maintenance with longer gaps between visits and the habits you've built doing the work.

Who you'll work with

A board-certified nurse practitioner sees every patient at every visit, and the same clinician follows your progress from your first appointment through maintenance.

Common questions

What happens at the first visit?

Your clinician takes your health history, reviews any current medications and conditions, takes baseline measurements and talks through your goals. You'll leave with a clear picture of what your plan would involve and what it costs. Plan on about an hour.

How often do I come in?

Weekly during the active phase of the program. Visits are short and we schedule them around your week, including Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. As you move into maintenance, visits space out.

What does it cost, and is insurance accepted?

The new patient visit is $199, and memberships start at $199 a month. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna and other major plans for eligible visits, and HSA and FSA funds can be used toward program costs. Bring your insurance card and the front desk will check your benefits.

Who is the program for?

Adults who want medical oversight and regular accountability rather than another self-directed diet. Whether the program is right for you is something your clinician determines at the consultation based on your health history.

Do I have to buy special food?

No. Your plan is built around regular groceries. Optional supplements and snacks are available at the clinic, but nothing in the program depends on them.

Start with a consultation.

One visit to find out whether a supervised program is the right next step. No commitment to continue.
